Drew Manning is best known as the man who embarked on a journey to go from “fit2fat2fit”, where he purposefully stopped exercising and eating right and gained 76 pounds before re-engaging in a healthy lifestyle to lose all the weight he had gained.
He made it his mission to find out first-hand what overweight people must go through when they struggle with being overweight or obese, and then, to help inspire and motivate others, he underwent a six-month journey of intense weight loss while he documented the progress online with weekly video weigh-ins and photos. His bold strategy and the transition he went through as he went from fit to fat and back to fit again made him an internet sensation.
Drew Manning has been featured on Good Morning America, The Dr. Oz Show, and The Tonight Show where he shared his story and the changes is body and personality went through as he went through his weight gains and losses.
Drew Manning currently works professionally as a personal trainer, a part time blogger, and is a former medical technician. He lives with his wife, Lynn, and two children just outside Salt Lake City, Utah.
