Hi, my name is Lindsay Messina. I have a decade of experience as a cover model; print and television fitness personality; award-winning fitness competitor and personal trainer. I have helped more than 100 clients achieve their fitness goals, ranging from preparing to compete on an international level, getting in top shape for life events to loosing pregnancy weight.
I believe everyone can transform their life and body to achieve all fitness and emotional goals. My whole hearted approach to health and fitness includes defining your personal goals; embracing your journey; accepting all experiences, including life struggles; as well as providing and teaching you how to have the courage to stay motivated.
Through years of preparation to be in top physical form, I have developed the best training routines and diet regimes to achieve any goal. I’ve been through emotional, physical and mental struggles, and I was forced to overcome those seemingly disabling struggles at a very young age. I struggled to stay in school because I have severe dyslexia that went undiagnosed until I addressed it when I had issues reading from a teleprompter on a modeling assignment. I greeted this realization with initial fear and insecurity, then gratefulness that I would have the opportunity to overcome this challenge. My journey to accept the insecurities that come along with growing up with dyslexia and in a family that struggles with overwhelming obesity and cancer, taught me how to develop routines to build confidence, courage, motivation and self worth. My life has taught me that anything is possible.
My mission is to support women in their personal health and fitness goals, help them achieve the best vision of themselves and uncover and embrace their class and sass. I use tested workout routines, meal plans, positive psychology, encouragement and connection to create a balanced and individualized approach to fitness.
In the past I have helped women place top 5 in bikini competitions; earn their WBFF Pro Cards; lose 20-70lbs; build confidences & self esteem; get in the best shape of their lives after having children; get into fitness modeling, excel in business careers and find their passion and direction.
