Otto Porter, Jr. is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Georgetown Hoyas and was selected with the third overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the Wizards. He was considered one of the top college basketball players before entering the NBA.
On October 14, 2014, the Wizards exercised their third-year team option on Porter's rookie scale contract, extending the contract through the 2015–16 season. On November 1, 2014, he scored 19 of his career-high 21 points in the second half of the Wizards' 108-97 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
