Michael "Fatback' McSwain is a former NASCAR crew chief and competition director.
McSwain started his NASCAR NEXTEL Cup career in 1992 as a fabricator for former driver Lake Speed. Prior to that time McSwain worked in various forms of racing following his graduation from Nashville Auto Diesel College in 1986.
