A 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), 240-pound power forward, he played college basketball for the University of Texas at Austin and has been named a four-time NBA All-Star. After spending 9 seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers he reportedly has agreed to an $80 million dollar contract to join the San Antonio Spurs.
