Jim Holincheck is vice president at Workday and is responsible for services strategy and marketing.
Jim leads the effort to develop, evolve, and communicate Workday’s services vision and strategy. Prior to joining Workday in 2012, Jim was vice president at Gartner, leading the research firm’s coverage of human capital management solutions and managing the agenda for its financial, HCM, and procurement software research.
Before Gartner, Jim served as vice president of strategy at IQ4hire, a contingent workforce management solutions company, and was research director at Giga Information Group (now Forrester Research). Jim also spent 10 years working at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), working with companies through the full lifecycle of financial and human capital management software implementation projects.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
