She served as the chairman of National Institute for Healthcare Management since 2012. Before joining BCBST, she served for a national, publicly traded health plan where, as market vice president, she oversaw operations, strategic development, acquisition, and health plan service area expansion. She was Humana's regional vice president for Kentucky and Ohio. Mrs. Gregg has over 37 years of experience in diverse health care environments including clinical care, hospital administration, long term care, and healthcare benefits and financing.
