In 2005, he founded Ripert Consulting, bringing his innovative philosophy and business acumen to a partnership with Ritz-Carlton Hotels, opening Blue in Grand Cayman, Westend Bistro in Washington, DC, and 10 Arts Bistro in Philadelphia.
