As moderator on ABC’s food-centric lifestyle series The Chew, he hosts cooking and style segments, as well as regular branded segments including: "From the Mind of Clinton Kelly," which provides fun etiquette advice; "Judge Foodie," in which he settles food-related disputes; and "Clinton's Craft Corner," a very popular how-to segment.
For ten years, Kelly co-hosted What Not to Wear, the longest running primetime series on TLC. Starring in more than 300 episodes, he offered honest style advice with a sense of humor.
Kelly is also the author of Freakin' Fabulous On a Budget, Freakin' Fabulous: How to Dress, Speak, Behave, Eat, Drink, Entertain, Decorate and Generally Be Better Than Everyone Else, and Oh, No She Didn't. He’s also co-authored The Chew: What’s For Dinner and The Chew: Food, Life, Fun.
Since 2005, Kelly has partnered with Macy's, appearing in national television commercials and conducting style seminars across the United States. His women's clothing line, Kelly by Clinton Kelly, is exclusive to QVC.
Before entering the world of television, Kelly was a New York-based magazine editor and freelance writer. He received a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College.
