Debbi Ray Walder is in her 12th year at FKM. Previously, she worked in HR at Grey Advertising, A&M Records and various TV & film companies in Los Angeles, recruiting everyone from interns to senior vice presidents including creative staff. Walder has been a member of Houston Advertising Federation for 10 years, on the board of directors for eight years, served on the Houston ADDY Awards Show committee for seven years and served as chair for the 2001 and 2002 ADDYs. She is currently the vice chair of competition on the National ADDY Committee. Walder is co-chairing the National Student Advertising Competition for District 10 this year as well.
