She has a unique talent and her training has helped her to develop her successful career in food and hospitality. She has worked with many top chefs and is currently involved in product development for high street supermarkets. Claire is a food stylist for books, publications and commercials and also a home economist for television and publishing.
Claire has assisted and consulted in organizing numerous famous events. She has appeared on many shows as a guest and as a chef. In her position as a home economist Claire has worked on numerous popular television programs. Claire is currently working on BBC2`s Saturday Kitchen with Anthony Warrel Thompson.
Claire loves to eat out and go to the movies in her spare time. Claire is also the proud owner of her own flower shop "A Little Bit of Eden" which is run by her dedicated staff.
