Tim Ream was born October 5, 1987 and is an American soccer player who plays for Queens Park Rangers in the Football League Championship and for the United States national team. He usually plays as a centre back but can be played anywhere across the back line.
In early February 2014, Ream was forced to wear a protective mask in Wanderers games after a collision with Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin. At the end of that season, Ream was voted the fans player of the year. On July 6, 2014, Ream signed a new three-year contract with Bolton that lasts until the summer of 2017. For the second season in a row, Ream was named as Bolton's player of the year.
After a week of negotiations, Ream joined fellow Championship club Queens Park Rangers for a reported £1.75m fee, rising to up to £2m.
QPR completed the signing of Ream on August 13, 2015.
