Ted Alexandro is an American stand-up comedian from New York City.
He attended the City College of New York where he majored in music. He began to teach music by day, and at night he started his stand-up career. Since then, he has appeared on David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel, The View and his own half-hour special "Comedy Central Presents Ted Alexandro."
He is a regular on the New York comedy scene and headlines around the country at various comedy clubs and college campuses. In 2004, Time Out NY named Ted one of the top comedians of the year.
