Steve Addazio was born June 1, 1959 and is an American college football coach and former player, and is head coach of the Boston College Eagles football team. Addazio previously spent two years as the head coach of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to his stint at Temple, Addazio spent six seasons as an assistant coach, assistant head coach and offensive coordinator of the Florida Gators football team and was a part of two BCS National Championship Game-winning coaching staffs under head coach Urban Meyer.
