As a speaker and seminar leader, Roger has designed and presented programs in creative problem solving to thousands of people in audiences throughout the United States, Europe, and South Africa. Roger holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.S. in Creativity from Buffalo State, State University of New York.
