Nick Swardson is an American actor, stand-up comedian, screenwriter and producer. He is best known for his recurring role as Terry Bernadino in the comedy series Reno 911!, for his work with Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions, and for his own personal sketch comedy series Nick Swardson's Pretend Time.
He was asked to write the original screenplay for Malibu's Most Wanted after being noticed by Jamie Kennedy. Nick also works very closely with Adam Sandler and Sandler's Happy Madison Productions. Nick performs regularly as a stand-up comedian throughout Los Angeles. He has been featured in his own Comedy Central Presents stand-up special.
In 2006 Nick started work on a television pilot called Gay Robot about a gay robot that was built by a university professor. He also began a feud with Hollywood Bitchslap film critics Chris Parry and David Cornelius. The arguments started when Swardson wrote to them complaining of their poor reviews. Parry and Cornelius rebutted, and the debate continues. Swardson is also an excellent ping pong player.
