Nicholas Megalis is a Greek-American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. He is best-known on Vine for his musical posts. He is the second biggest person on Vine.
Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, he moved to Brooklyn, New York in 2009. According to a local record producer and recording studio owner, Megalis showed early signs of musical talent and at age 16, recorded a full album, playing guitar to a drum machine. He gained notoriety through his contributions to the social networking app Vine. As of September 2013, Megalis had amassed 2.7 million followers.
For "The Family's" New York City premiere, Nicholas Megalis was among the Vine users who roamed the red carpet. He flexed his Vine muscles when he ran into Tony Danza, 50 Cent and Sarah Silverman, and his two Vine videos attracted nearly 100,000 Likes, 18,000 re-Vines and 2,500 comments. MTV previously used Megalis' reach on Vine at the MTV Video Music Awards.
