Dr. Glass has maintained private practices in Beverly Hills, California and New York City, where her clients have included celebrities, politicians, and world leaders. She has lectured worldwide. Currently, Dr. Glass is seen throughout the media providing commentary on the psychological implications of current issues. She has appeared on Larry King Live, The View, Msnbc, and on other television shows regularly. As a recognizable authority, her opinions are valued throughout the media, as she has been consistently quoted in Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NY Times and a variety of other magazines and newspapers.
After receiving her first Ph.D. at the young age of 24, in the field of Communication Disorders from the University of Minnesota, as well as her MS from the University of Michigan in the field of Speech Pathology, she began treating patients with severe cranial and facial deformities. She did research and published numerous articles in medical and professional journals regarding the psychological and communication aspects of individuals who suffered with these deformities. After completing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Medical Genetics at UCLA School of Medicine, where she was both the youngest and only Ph.D. in an MD program, Dr. Glass went on to become a university professor at USC. There, she taught in the medical and dental schools and in the liberal arts college. In addition to her teaching duties at USC, she received formal journalism training. Later Dr. Glass received her second Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
Dr. Lillian Glass began her private practice in Beverly Hills, California, focusing on people who had vocal and speaking problems. Because of her unique ability to do accents and dialects from around the globe, she began working with some of Hollywood's top performers who needed to learn an accent or dialect for a particular movie role. Some of her most celebrated clients have included Dustin Hoffman, whom she helped sound like a woman for Tootsie, Sean Connery, Melanie Griffith, Nicholas Cage, Julio Iglesias, Rene Russo, and a host of others too numerous to name. The highlight of her career was training deaf actress Marlee Matlin to speak publicly for the very first time at the Academy Awards Ceremonies. Dr. Glass has also worked with countless sports figures and numerous politicians and world leaders. Dr. Glass also has offices in Manhattan, where she counsels clients with issues pertaining to self-confidence, public image, presentation skills, handling difficult people, and inter-personal relationships.
Recently, Dr. Glass added songwriting to her professional repertoire. She has written the music and lyrics to over 30 songs to date and the theme song for several television shows. She was recently elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), and belongs to the Songwriters Guild of America (SGA), and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). In addition, she is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), the International Radio and Television Society (IRTS), the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Dr. Lillian Glass has performed as a voice-over artist for radio spots and has appeared in television commercials.

She was the psychology reporter for the Los Angeles ABC affiliate, KABC television, Eyewitness News for five years. She has appeared in numerous pilots where she served as either the host or co-host for various television shows. Currently, she co-hosts the award-winning television show, Healthwise.
