consultant. He is a mentor and provocateur to many hospitals and health care
systems in the United States. Dr. Kaiser is founder and President of a health
care consulting firm located in Colorado. Leland Kaiser is also a co-founder of
the Kaiser Institute and Two Worlds Wisdom School.
Leland R. Kaiser, Ph.D., is a dynamic motivational speaker known for his ability
to change the way organizations think. A recognized futurist and acknowledged
authority on the changing American healthcare system, Leland Kaiser is an
organizational consultant to many healthcare organizations and U.S. hospitals.
Dr. Kaiser holds an appointment as associate professor in the graduate program
in health administration at the University of Colorado at Denver. He is an
author, prominent educator, and pioneer in the developing field of electronic
teaching technologies.
Leland Kaiser has previous professional experience as a hospital administrator,
trustee, R&D director, graduate program director, and professional psychologist.
He has master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and Medical Care Administration
and a doctoral degree in Social Psychology and Higher Education. Dr. Kaiser is
involved in the design of new communities and state-of-the-art hospital
architecture. As a speaker, Leland Kaiser draws upon his work with new
communities. He encourages audiences to become designers of health for both
their institutions and their communities.
