Pat La Frieda Meats is New York City’s purveyor of the finest meats for three generations. We work 24 hours a day to deliver you the freshest product Monday through Saturday. We distribute a full line of All Natural beef, pork, poultry, lamb, fresh ducks and wild game. Custom butchering is done on premises to your specifications by our master butchers. Our operation is supervised by Federal inspectors of the USDA and Pat La Frieda himself to ensure accuracy and product safety. For decades, our attentive customer service has been the cornerstone of our success. We are proud to say that we are a New York City’s master distributor of Bell and Evans all natural chicken, which is the only all air chilled poultry line in the country. It is fed an all vegetable diet and is raised without antibiotics or animal byproducts ever. Our Colorado lamb program is the finest in the world. Our animals are chosen specifically by 3 small farms, for La Frieda Meats using genetic profiling and micro farm thinking. It is grass and grain fed to ensure rich marbling and sweet flavor. Our regimented veal program hurtles the highest benchmarks in the industry and yields a product that is unique to our company. Our admiration and attention to our veal delivers a product which is larger than most are accustomed to, white in color, tender, and yet certified to be humanely raised and all natural. All of animals are non-confined and are grown by 4 Amish and Mennonite family farms from Pennsylvania specifically for La Frieda Meats. We are essentially bringing the small farm to the big city. We are the exclusive northeast distributer of Creekstone Farms Black Angus beef. Creekstone is regarded as the finest beef in the world, being first in flavor, tenderness, quality and consistency. It is the only true 100% black angus beef. The animals are raised on family farms and are 100% humanly handled from birth to harvest. Creekstone Farms raises less than 1% of the cattle every year produced in this country and processes it at only one state of the art humane facility. In our quest to bring small farm meats to you we have traveled throughout the Midwest and found several sustainable family farms to deal with. We have a full dry aging program available with over 3,000 pieces of Creekstone prime and choice meat. Aging to perfection is what we BUILDING BRANDS TO THEIR BOILING POINT do best, in our new state of the art computer controlled aging room. We can custom cut and portion any of our beef products at no additional charge to you. What can we say but burgers are king in New York and we are the king of burgers. Our world renowned grinding operation boasts over 40 different award winning blends. We are sure to find the correct mix to satisfy your application, taking into consideration specific cooking surfaces, heat and other variables.
