Rose’s work is focused on the science of the individual and its implications for advancing self-knowledge, developing talent, and improving institutions of opportunity. He is the author of the books "Square Peg: My Story and What It Means for Raising Innovators, Visionaries, and Out-of-the-Box Thinkers" and "The End of Average."
