Judy is an experienced business leader, specializing in process optimization and leadership effectiveness. She is known to energize organizational talent to execute complex business initiatives. She regularly integrates coaching and mentoring with project management and process improvement to improve company's operational capabilities. She has served over 25 years in Corporate America and privately-owned consulting businesses. Judy specializes in environments that require fast-paced, cross-departmental collaboration; and is adept in union and non-union environments. As a Senior Consultant for The Executive Edge®, Judy provides action-oriented coaching and mentoring for teams and leaders in high impact roles to ensure business initiatives are successfully achieved. Prior to Judy's affiliation with The Executive Edge®, she held senior-level positions in the Medical Device, Publishing, and Transportation industries as well as business process consulting services. She previously directed engineering, customer service, facilities, human resources, maintenance, operations, transportation, and quality areas of the business. Judy was employed by Chicago Tribune Co, Knight-Ridder Newspapers, Nu-Car Carriers, and Third Wave Technologies, to name a few. In these roles, she successfully led multi-million dollar capital and building projects and product development initiatives. Honors and Awards At Chicago Tribune Co, Judy achieved one of the highest honors, called the Publisher's award, for her role in successfully directing one of the largest multi-year, multi-million dollar capital and building project in the company's history. As an entrepreneur and business process consultant, Judy was selected as a national judge for identifying production all-stars for Editor and Publisher magazine recognition awards, a major industry publication, 2006-2009. Judy has published several articles on the topic of project management.
