John Parker Stewart headed human resource development for 26,000 employees at Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. He later moved to corporate where he worked with Lockheed divisions worldwide and initiated, designed and taught the Lockheed Executive Institutes. John also trained all supervisors, managers and executives at Kennedy Space Center over a 12 year period. In 1980, John Parker Stewart founded a consulting firm specializing in helping companies achieve significant improvement in overall performance. He has created two award winning videos, titled "Team of Champions" and "Keys to Employee Commitment." With clients such as Boeing, BP Oil, Citibank, Chevron, General Electric, IBM, Kennedy Space Center, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Nestle Carnation, Pacific Bell, Raytheon, Thiokol, U.S. Department of Energy, Waste Management, and Xerox, John has consistently been ranked as most effective speaker. The American Society for Training and Development named him National Trainer of the Year (Trainer's Choice Award) for two consecutive years.
