Greg Grossman is the Founder of Culinaria Group, the Co-Founder of Blank Slate Group, as well as the owner/operator of Kettlebell Kitchen, the North-east’s Premier healthy meal delivery company. Passionate about food at an early age, Greg even found himself sneaking into restaurant kitchens to watch the chefs cook. At a mere 8 years old, he started washing dishes in a small kitchen to learn about food, and year later he was asked to work the line as a cook, quickly advancing to a position that was more apt for a Sous Chef than a pre-teen. When only 12 years old, Greg started a catering company in the Hamptons. He began booking events at art gallery openings and other events, usually those involved with charitable goals. His company quickly rose on the Hampton’s catering circuit. Not long after, the New York Post published a surprise full-page story on Greg and sparked interest among major players in the media and culinary industry. Within months Greg secured relationships with a team of chefs that worked together to execute their unique event concepts through their collaborative culinary consulting company, Culinaria Group.
