Gravelle Craig begins his second season as Head Coach of the Bethune-Cookman University men's basketball team after seven years of playing a key part in the Wildcats' rise to Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season champions and the program's first-ever appearance in the conference tournament championship game. After a 4-11 start, B-CU's strong showing in conference play along with three win tournament wins gave Craig an 18-17 mark for his first season and extended the Wildcats' run of consecutive winning campaigns to four. "It's great to have an opportunity to be a head coach at the Division I level," Craig said. "I'm grateful that [B-CU Athletic Director Lynn]Thompson has given me this opportunity and I want to keep the program going in the direction it has the last three years."
