Fredrik Jacobson is a member of both the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He turned professional in 1994 and was a member of the European Tour in 1995 and from 1997 to 2004.
In 2003 he won his first European Tour title and went on to claim three victories that season. He was the first Swede to win three official money events in one season on the European Tour and in 2004 he joined the PGA Tour. Currently, he has yet to win a tournament on the PGA Tour despite playing very well.
In 2003, Jacobson won the Seve Trophy and in 2004 just missed out on a Ryder Cup position, falling just one point short.
He has been ranked in the top 20 of the Official World Golf Rankings and holds two amateur championships.
