Ms. Wicker-Miurin is a Co-founder and Partner of Leaders' Quest, a social enterprise which seeks to improve the quality and impact of leadership through experiential learning journeys in major emerging countries in the world. She has been a member of the College Council since 2002, is the Chairman of the Council's Audit and Compliance Committee, and is a member of the Council Chairman's Committee. She was awarded an OBE in 2007. Ms Wicker-Miurin has been a Non-Executive Director of the CDC Group plc since 2004 and of Savills plc since 2002. Her previous roles include Finance Director and Director of Strategy at the London Stock Exchange (1994-1997), and service as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the UK Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform and its predecessor, the DTI (2002-2008). She holds degrees from the University of Virginia, L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
