Erik Estrada played the role of 'Nicky Cruz' in the 1970 Hollywood production "The Cross and the Switchblade". He made a comeback in the 90's when he played a Tijuana trucker in the Spanish soap opera by Televisa, "Dos Mujeres Un Camino" (Two Women, One Road).
In 2002 he also appeared as the host of a Spanish game show on the Disney Channel alongside Hilary Duff. Estrada has a regular role with the Cartoon Network doing voice work for the show "Sealab 2021". Estrada also serves as a guest star in many children's half-hour cartoons, including Maya & Miguel.
Erik may be seen selling property in California, Washington, Colorado, and Tennessee thru a long-running series of TV infomercials. He has also been appearing in real estate commercials for Arizona, Arkansas, and Florida.
He has often been seen in music videos. His most recent is Eminem's music video "Just Lose it". Estrada has a band named after him based in Santa Cruz, California called 'Estradasphere'. He starred in VH1's Surreal Life celebrity reality series second season in 2004 and has also made numerous appearances supporting automobile child-seat safety checks.
Estrada has made guest appearances on Unhappily Ever After, The Wayans Bros., Drake & Josh, and Scrubs.
