Eric F. Brown has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Electronic Arts Inc., since April 14, 2008. Mr. Brown served as Chief Operating Officer of Mcafee Inc. from March 2006 to April 2008 and its Chief Financial Officer since January 3, 2005 to April 2008. Mr. Brown served as an Executive Vice President of Mcafee Inc. from January 3, 2005 to March 2006 and its Principal Accounting Officer until April 2008. He served as President of MicroStrategy Inc. from November 2000 to December 31, 2004 and its Chief Financial Officer from August 2000 to December 31, 2004. Mr. Brown served as Principal Accounting Officer of MicroStrategy Inc. until December 31, 2004. Mr. Brown originally joined MicroStrategy Inc. as Chief Financial Officer of the Strategy.com, its subsidiary in February 2000. He has extensive experience in financial management and software industry operations. He served as President and Chief Financial Officer of MicroStrategy, and was responsible for all of its financial and accounting functions, operations, contracts and compliance activities, human resources, information systems and administration. Prior to joining MicroStrategy, Mr. Brown served as Vice President and Division Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Brown was Co-founder of DataSage Inc., and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to October 1998. Mr. Brown served several senior financial positions with Grand Metropolitan from 1990 to 1995. From October 1998 to February 2000, Mr. Brown served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of EA's studio organization. Mr. Brown served as a Director of Verity Inc. since September 16, 2004. He received an MBA from the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. .
