As chief executive officer of U.S. Retail, Eric is responsible for all aspects of the U.S retail business of Aon Risk Solutions. Eric has worked in the insurance brokerage community for over 20 years, including several years in the Lloyd's marketplace. Prior to his current position, Eric was the U.S. Retail Field Leader and CEO of Aon Global Americas (global account segment). Previously, Eric was the Co-national Managing Director of Aon Financial Services Group as well as the Resident Managing Director of Aon in Southern California. A member of the Aon Risk Solutions Global Executive Committee, Eric earned his Bachelor's degree in political science at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, and MBA in finance at Fordham University in New York.
