Edwin M. Scholly was an executive chef in the Ivana, the Trump’s famous Yacht and was an invited guest of Madonna in her famous show at Phoenix. A native of South Africa, he realized his passion when he worked in his mother’s restaurant, famous for wine making. He was trained by the founder of Nouvelle Cuisine, Paul Bocuse, which made him to concentrate more on classical French Cooking. He is now a teacher in Scottsdale Culinary Institute and Pima Community College and is currently the top chef at TCC, which serves more than 40,000 meals every year at almost every convention center gathering.
Edwin M. Scholly has traveled to Germany and to Malaysia, where he worked in the Ritz Carlton as a corporate chef. He is one of the three winner of the International Kochkunst Ausstellung, otherwise the “Culinary Olympics," competing more than 1,200 chefs from all over the world. With his excellent French style cooking and wonderful commanding skills, he manages a huge team every time when an event like Tucson Convention is held.
