Mr. Wray co-founded The Sporting Exchange Limited in May 1999 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2003. He also co-founded Betfair Limited. Prior to Betfair, Mr. Wray spent eight years at J.P. Morgan & Co. as a Vice President in the debt capital markets and derivatives area. He has been the Chairman of Betfair Limited since 2006 and also its Director since 1999. He served as Non-executive Chairman of The Sporting Exchange Limited since 2006 and served as its Director since August 1999. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of Betfair Group PLC from March 17, 2008 to March 6, 2012. Mr. Wray has been a Director at Sporting Exchange since August 1998. He serves as a Director of Prodigy Finance Ltd. Mr. Wray serves as a Non Executive Director of Funding Circle Limited. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of Piton Capital LLP. Mr. Wray served as a Director of Betfair Group PLC from August 20, 1999 to March 2012. He served as a Director at Betfair since 1999.
