Dr Taub is presently the Wellness Medical Doctor for QVC, America™s largest home shopping channel. He is also QVC™s spokesperson for the Nature™s Code Nutritional System, which he designed and developed. Dr. Taub has written five books to help patients determine their own health destiny. His latest book, œBalance Your Body, Balance Your Life, offers a program for Total Health Rejuvenation and is currently the subject of a PBS Special. His wellness work has been featured on the TODAY Show, Good Morning America, CNN, ABC, NBC and CBS News.
After attending the Bronx High School of Science and Harpur College of the State University of New York, Dr. Taub received his medical degree from Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York in 1963. He completed his internship and specialty training at the University of California at Irvine and the University of Southern California”Los Angeles County Hospital. He has served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Coast Guard and Senior Assistant Surgeon in the United States Public Health Service. He is a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Taub pioneered the practice of Integrative Medicine, which is based on advanced methods of disease prevention and the value of the physicianpatient partnership. He gained national prominence as the first Wellness Medical Director for Organized Labor. He was also the first physician to hold the position of Wellness Medical Director at a major hospital in the United States. Dr. Taub also developed a highly successful smoking-cessation program. His patients achieved an astonishing 95 success rate and his program became the only smoking cessation program ever to be approved and supported by the American Medical Association.
