Dualstar Entertainment Group is an international brand with distribution in over 15 countries throughout the world. In her role, Ms. Reichenberger oversaw the operations of one of the world's most successful ‘tween brands.

Dualstar Entertainment Group is a consumer products/entertainment branded lifestyle organization founded on the successful careers of Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen. Dualstar Entertainment Group is an international brand with distribution in over 15 countries throughout the world. Ms. Reichenberger oversaw the operations of one of the world's most successful ‘tween brands. Dualstar continues to be a leader in marketing to the ‘tween and young adult demographic, and has now begun to develop brands in the contemporary and luxury space with Elizabeth and James, and The Row.
Reichenberger was hired in January 2000 to turn-around and re-launch the L.A. Gear, Inc. brand as a worldwide leader in lifestyle products. L.A. Gear had become a licensed only business after bankruptcy in 1998. Over the next 8 months Reichenberger developed and executed a marketing strategy that revitalized the brand. Using over 20 years of international marketing, merchandising, manufacturing, sourcing, retail and wholesale operations experience, she was responsible for the vision and implementation of a global advertising campaign and media plan for 20 international partners with distribution in 92 countries. She created and directed the print advertising debut in both consumer and trade segments including a simultaneous website launch. She established strong relationships with each global partner to ensure strategic product offerings, wholesale distribution and penetration within each market, intensive review of licensing agreements and marketing dollar negotiation, as well as protecting trademark registration and usage.
Reichenberger has proven leadership success in strategic international marketing, sales, licensing, product development, and brand building. In addition, she has direct experience in financial planning and P&L responsibility, with results that have significantly enhanced the bottom line.
Previous to the position at L.A. Gear, Inc., she held the position of S.V.P. and General Manager - Women's Division of Joe Boxer, Corp. in San Francisco where she led the team of women's division product lines from design concept and manufacturing through distribution and retail selling. She has also held key management positions in several global companies including The Gap, Inc., The North Face, and Levi Strauss & Co. Mast Industries and Esprit de Corp. Reichenberger began her career as an analyst for Hewlett-Packard in Cupertino, CA.
Reichenberger also dedicates her time and expertise in the non-profit community focusing on organizations that support women and young women's health and social issues. Most recently Reichenberger was a leadership mentor with Women Unlimited, a women's mentoring program targeted at senior executive women in Fortune 500 companies. She has coached the V.P. of Global Staffing for Charles Schwab, the V.P. of Pottery Barn Furniture catalog as well as the V.P. of Strategic Alliances for I.B.M.
Reichenberger is currently a member and volunteer Step Up Women's Network. Reichenberger is an active mentor for the Professional Development and Mentorship program of this organization.
