During the past 15 years no one has developed more leading-edge sales and marketing products for the residential mortgage industry than Debra Jones. Debra and her husband, Doug, started the first mortgage brokerage in the state of Colorado back in the early 80's. Having come from the computer industry where she was a salesperson ranked in the top 5% of a worldwide salesforce of 3,000 people, Debra knew immediately upon her arrival into the mortgage industry that it was a business seriously lacking in programs for professional development and decided to do something about it once she'd learned the business herself. Starting as a processor before moving into orginations Debra understands the business from the ground up and the inside out.
In the mid-80's Debra launched her training company, Hark & Associates and as they say...the rest is history.
Starting a business quite literally on her kitchen table, in ten years' time it grew into a multi-million dollar enterprise that continues to thrive today. In addition to providing sales training for thousands upon thousands of loan officers from coast to coast, here are some of Debra's other accomplishments.
