(AKA Access Health), which he founded. Mr. Mandelkern, co-founded Docent Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since 1998. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Docent Inc. from January 1998 to July 1998, which he co-founded. He served as President of AlmondSeed Software from 1993 to 1997, which he founded. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Mandelkern served as a Consultant to Stanford Testing Systems, Inc., the predecessor to Docent. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Mandelkern served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Talarian Corporation, a supplier of real-time networking middleware. Mr. Mandelkern has over 30 years of entrepreneurial success in Silicon Valley and in creating companies at the intersection of disruptive technology and customer needs. He served as a Director of Docent Inc. since June 1997. Mr. Mandelkern holds a B.S. degree with distinction in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
