Chip graduated from the University of Oregon the College of Business Administration. He was hired as a sales rep with Jantzen Sportswear. He spent four years building territories out of Spokane and Salt Lake City until after two corporate buyouts the sales force was cut by 60% and he was let go.
Chip says it was the best thing to ever happen to him because that led him to San Diego and an opportunity with Tony Robbins. Chip proved himself as Sales Leader of the Year each year on the road. He mastered telemarketing and group presentation sales. He hired, trained and led sales teams throughout the United States and was Sales Manager of the Year before leading the charge to build the brand in Australia and the United Kingdom as his international point-man.
After five years with world-renowned business leader Tony Robbins, Chip launched his own career. He has since been selected to "switch on" over 975 events for companies and associations such as Ford, Hyatt, Wells Fargo, Proctor & Gamble, Exxon, NADA and PMI.
Chip has been ranked a Top 5 Speaker by Speaking.com three years in a row, and one of only 7% of the members of the National Speakers Association to earn the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional designation. Chip was also the closing speaker for his peers at the prestigious CSP/CPAE Summit in January 2014 in Coral Gables, FL.
