Cecil Shorts III is an American football wide receiver for the Houston Texans of the National Football League. He attended Collinwood High School in Cleveland, Ohio, and later the University of Mount Union where he played for the Mount Union Purple Raiders football team. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft.
