Bubba Franks was born January 6, 1978 in Riverside, California and is an American football tight end who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers 14th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.
After a promising but unspectacular rookie season, he reached the Pro Bowl following his second NFL year, during which he caught nine touchdown passes. Franks went been to three Pro Bowls altogether (2001, 2002, and 2003).
