Brad Casper has served as the President & CEO since November 2013. He arrived at Dogswell after a diverse and successful career in both private and public companies. Before Dogswell, Mr. Casper served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Dymatize Nutrition, a private-equity backed sports nutrition business.
Prior to these recent roles, Mr. Casper served as President of the Phoenix Suns for the 2011/12 season, and was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Dial Corporation from 2005-2010. Casper joined Dial from Church & Dwight in Princeton, New Jersey, where he served as President from 2002 - 2005. Preceding that, he spent more than 16 years at Procter & Gamble, and held a series of domestic, international, and global positions.
Mr. Casper received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Brad is married with three children, four dogs, two cats, and two horses.
