Antony has over twenty years of experience as an attorney and investor. He has practiced law domestically and internationally with a leading global law firm and has provided advice and counsel to several professional athletes. He has also worked at a hedge fund with more than $1 billion of assets and served as a member of its Investment Committee.
Antony is a published author whose writings have been featured in the Journal of Investment Management, Fordham’s Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and Private Asset Magazine. He has been quoted in Alpha Magazine and Deal Flow Media publications and has been a featured speaker at Cantor Fitzgerald’s Hedge Fund Symposium, the M&A Advisors’ Distressed Investing Conference and Deal Flow Media’s Annual Investing Conference.
Antony earned a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Securities & Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from Howard University School of Law, and a BS in Business Administration with honors from Virginia Union University. Antony is admitted to the Bar in the States of New York and New Jersey and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 79, 86 and 87 licenses. Antony is also a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
