Amy Wynn Pastor began her college education as a theater major at Penn State University hoping to become a performer. But after she took one carpentry course she changed her mind and felt she had found her true calling. Her father is the performer, he plays first trombone in the Philly Pops. In away Amy did end up being a performer after she landed a spot as a carpenter on "Trading Spaces" produced by Banyan Productions for The Learning Channel.
Most recently Pastor has been in Los Angeles to tape an episode of "A Makeover Story," with fellow "Trading Spaces" carpenter Ty Pennington.
