World Marinas Conference Names Trendwatcher Adjiedj Bakas Keynote Speaker

Adjiedj Bakas is sought after for his careful analysis of trends and ability to identify paths for the future.  He will share his expertise this November with attendees at the World Marinas Conference.

Bakas is the keynote speaker for the event that runs November 17-19.  It is put on by the International Council of Marine Industry Associations and will be held at RAI Amsterdam.

This year's theme is, "Future of Marinas in a Changing World".  There will be over 40 experts that present their unique takes along with Bakas' keynote address. 

Bakas books over 200 speaking engagements each year.  He is an accomplished author, who has sold over 700,000 copies of his bestselling books worldwide. 

Since the 1980's, Bakas has lived in the Netherlands and he writes pieces for several Dutch media outlets.  Dutch Media Network has named him one of the 100 most influential media personalities. 

Much of Bakas' research is done under the umbrella of his own consulting company, Trend Office Bakas.  He holds a degree in communication from Utrecht University.
