SAE Government/Industry Meeting Names Global Energy Policy Expert Amy Myers Jaffe Keynote Speaker

The SAE 2017 Government/Industry Meeting takes place January 25-27 in Washington D.C. It will feature four speakers who will focus their talks on the future of the automotive industry.
One of those is global energy policy expert Amy Myers Jaffe. In particular, Jaffe will hone her discussion at the keynote luncheon in on relevant information related to oil.
There is also 24 sessions during the technical program on a variety of issues. The SAE Government/Industry Meeting is held in conjunction with the Washington Auto Show.
Jaffe is the Executive Director of Energy and Sustainability at University of Califonia, Davis. She is also a Global Fellow of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
Jaffe's work has been published everywhere and she serves as the associate editor for Energy Strategy Reviews. She is well-known as the author of "Oil, Dollars, Debt and Crises: The Global Curse of Black Gold."
In addition, Jaffe sits on the U.S. National Petroleum Council and is chair of the Future of Oil and Gas at the World Economic Forum. She is a Council on Foreign Relations member.
