Not many embody the spirit of our American military veterans better than Don Mann.  Mann has been named Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year by the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

In conjunction with the honor, he will give a keynote speech February 27th at the awards banquet that is the culmination of the Houston Veterans Business Battle.  The competition features 17 veterans who are looking for investment capital for their business plans.

The winners will be announced at the dinner.  Proceeds from tickets for the event will partially benefit the Rice University Veterans in Business Association Military Scholars Program.

Mann has impressive stories to tell as a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and a member of Team SIX.  He was also a CIA operative prior to launching into a successful business career.

Mann has written 11 books and his autobiography became a New York Times bestseller.  As a renowned adventurer, he has run over 75 marathons, been a professional mountain bike racer, and scaled some of the world's highest summits.

As CEO of Frogman Charities, Mann raises money for organizations who support Navy SEAL veterans and their families.  He continues to spread his stories of achievement across the country as well, hoping to inspire as many people as possible.
