MTV MADE Coach Julie Marie Carrier Keynotes Young Women Lead Conference

Julie Marie Carrier has gained notoriety as a coach on the MTV  series "MADE".  She is also an accomplished speaker and someone that makes a positive impact on people's lives. 

Carrier's most recent event was the Young Women Lead Conference.  She spoke at Ashland Community and Technical College last week. 

Many of the anecdotes Carrier delivered were personal.  In her presentations, she uses some of the obstacles she faced as a way to empower others. 

Carrier is known for the speeches she delivers to groups of young girls and women.  There is a lot she has accomplished outside of being a Confidence Coach on MADE. 

Carrier has been an Emmy-nominated TV host for her work on NYC TV.  She was also a semifinalist on the hit NBC reality show, "The Apprentice".  

By the age of 27, Carrier was a senior leadership consultant at The Pentagon.  In 2002, she was named Miss Virginia USA.
