Motivational speaker Molly Fletcher made it back to her home state for a special engagement last month. She was in Michigan as the keynote speaker for the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce 130th Annual Meeting.
Fletcher is a native of East Lansing who attended Michigan State University. She talked about preserving a "Michigan mindset" during her presentation on January 23rd.
She also talked about how behavior changes are needed to manage life changes. Change was a major theme of the meeting with the Chamber moving into new offices.
Fletcher has a background as a sports agent and was formerly the president of client representation at CSE. She spent two decades in the field and was a pioneer as one of the only female sports agents.
Fletcher often uses that experience and sprinkles sports anecdotes into her speaking presentations. She is the author of four books and founder of an e-learning platform for professional development.
Fletcher is a recipient of Michigan State's Outstanding Alumni Award. She is a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and serves on the national advisory board for the Positive Coaching Alliance.
