Motivational Speaker George Couros Keynotes Quincy Conference 2.1

Last Thursday, motivational speaker George Couros delivered an important message to educators.  He was the keynote speaker at Quincy Conference 2.1.  

The conference was established to energize educators in the Adams County area of Illinois.  It featured 200 different speakers and 300 breakout sessions. 

There were 1,000 attendees registered on Thursday and 1,600 on Friday.  Couros spoke about building relationships with students and incorporating technology in the classroom. 

Couros serves as the Division Principal of Innovative Teaching and Learning at the Parkland School Division.  He is a top leadership and teaching consultant. 

Couros manages his own blog titled, "The Principal of Change".  He is also the creator of the Connected Principals site that brings together teachers from many different backgrounds.
