International Affairs Professor Stephen Walt Keynotes Camden Conference

The 31st annual Camden Conference will host one of the nation's leaders on international affairs. Harvard professor Stephen Walt is the scheduled keynote speaker.
The event takes place February 16-18 at the Camden Opera House. The theme of this year's proceedings is "New World Disorder and America's Future."
Nationally syndicated radio host Tom Ashbrook will serve as moderator. The conference has sold out in the past, so early registration is recommended.
Walt is the Robert and Renee Belfer Professor of International Affairs at Havard's Kennedy School. He previously taught at Princeton University and the University of Chicago.
Walt is a former resident associate at the Carnegie Endowment for Peace, a Brookings Institution guest scholar and a fellow at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has worked as a consultant for the Institute of Defense Analyses, the Center for Naval Analyses and the National Defense University.
Walt works as co-editor of the Cornell Studies in Security Affairs and is the author of several books. He was the recipient of the 1988 Edgar S. Furniss National Security Book Award.
