The Griffin & Grower Retailer Expos has their keynote speaker for 2016. PBS host Joe Lamp'l will make a presentation at both stops at the end of this summer.
One expo is held in West Springfield, Massachusetts from August 31-September 1st while the other runs September 21-22 in Lancaster, Pennslyvania. At the events, Griffin customers have a chance to take advantage of booking specials and other educational sessions.
Lamp'l's presentation is titled, "Why Should I Buy From You? The Five Most Effective Ways to Build Your Business and Keep Your Customers." He will speak on that top at 2 p.m. on both August 31st and September 22nd.
Lamp'l is best known as the creator, executive producer and host of the PBS series "Growing a Greener World". He is a go-to gardening expert that also makes appearances on "Good Morning America" and "Today".
In the past, Lamp'l has hosted the shows "Fresh from the Garden" on DIY Network and "GardenSMART". The Garden Writers Association named him Best On-Air Talent for Television in 2012 and 2014.
Off screen, Lamp'l is the founder of the environmentally conscious organization, The joe gardener Company. He has also written books, has a syndicated newspaper column and hosts an online radio show.
